Personal & Commercial Usage for Bricksmotion

You can use Bricksmotion to create End Products for both your clients and your personal projects as needed. For the Bricksmotion Library, an End Product is defined as a customized implementation of components. For instance, while the Bricksmotion Library may be a collection of components, the End Product is your uniquely finished website or project.

The Bricksmotion Library is a result of extensive efforts and time investment. We ask that you respect us as fellow creators and adhere to the licensing guidelines outlined below.

Redistribution of items, regardless of how much they have been modified, is strictly prohibited. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.

Accounts are intended for individual use. If you need a subscription for multiple users, please contact us to arrange a suitable team size license.

License

Directly copied components from Bricksmotion are subject to a single-use license. This grants you, the purchaser, the right to use the library on an ongoing, non-exclusive basis. Distribution of components to others or creating a similar/competing product is not permitted.

Here’s what the Bricksmotion license allows:

• You can create End Products for clients or personal projects.
• You may modify or manipulate the Item. You are free to combine the Item with other works to create derivative works, under the terms of this license.
• This is a ‘multi-use’ license, meaning you may use an Item multiple times, across multiple projects.

You are not allowed to:

• Redistribute the Item in any form, regardless of modifications. This includes copying or modifying the Item to sell on other platforms or transferring products between accounts.
• Resell or distribute assets on any marketplace or through private channels and bots.
• Directly copy and paste components from the Bricksmotion Library or similar libraries into a folder without modifications.
• Offer the downloaded components to any third party. End-products for sale or distribution must not include editable source files.
• Non-compliance may result in account termination and restriction of access to products without refund or detailed explanation. Legal action may be pursued for violations.

We reserve the right to change prices and revise terms and license at any time.

Limitations

Bricksmotion and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on our website, including data loss or lost profits. These limitations might not apply if local laws differ.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience, track user preferences, and for advertising purposes. Cookies are not linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

Modifications

Bricksmotion may revise this Licensing Agreement at any time without notice. By using our website, you agree to be bound by the current version of this Agreement.
